The main categories are broken down into 26 areas, which means 26 people will receive an award.
Councillor John Briggs, cabinet member for Asset Management and Culture at North Lincolnshire Council, said: "The awards recognise the vast efforts of many people in their community – whether it's helping others, achieving a personal goal or simply being great at something they love doing, for example sport.
"This event will showcase North Lincolnshire's best.
"All too often, people's efforts go unnoticed, when we should in fact be shouting about it.
"And that is why we are holding these awards, to acknowledge achievements and show everyone out there what talented and deserving people there are in North Lincolnshire.
"The whole event has been possible because of the generosity of our sponsors and I thank them and the organising team for their fantastic commitment to realising this very special evening."
Judging took place on October 11 and October 12 and the winners will be announced at a special awards evening on Thursday, November 29 at The Baths Hall in Scunthorpe.
They will each get a trophy and certificate and runners-up will receive a certificate of recognition.
