13 Chickens stolen in raid on Brigg allotment
Thirteen chickens were stolen from an allotment in Brigg at the weekend.
The theft happened between 3.30pm on Saturday (March 2) and 8am on Sunday at an allotment close to the junction of Redcombe Lane and Atherton Way.

Anyone with information about the theft should call police on 101.
Reference was made to the incident during a Brigg Town Council committee meeting last night in the Angel Suite.

The council manages allotments in the Redcome Lane area, as well as others on Grammar School Road.
Last night's meeting heard that a fence was damaged during the chicken theft.
It is thought to belong to North Lincolnshire Council.
