£245 bill for Scunthorpe woman after pet spends a penny in place where children play
A SCUNTHORPE woman has been fined £80, ordered to pay £150 costs and a £15 victim surcharge after failing to clear up dog faeces.
Claudia Fairburn, 45, of Rowland Road, Scunthorpe failed to remove the mess from Spalding Road on July 17.

Lisa Kershaw, prosecuting, said the open space was a popular place for young children to play.
She said: “Two members of the public saw Mrs Fairburn’s black Labrador foul with no attempt from her to clear it up.
