Tiger Steve demonstrating some god awful Geography there people. Hull to Grimsby 33.3 miles. Hull to Scunthorpe 29.5 miles. That makes us A local derby FOR YOU. Scunny to the Codheads 27.4 miles making that our local derby.

Only difference on the day was the quality of finishing. (look at shots on and off) Difference is they took them. 2 weeks later when the new boys have settled score could well have been reversed.

As for being out of our depth in hte PL - err not a chance. In our 1st season we were excellent until Brown lost the plot. Until then we had been in excellent form and certainly did well. Wharton is treated badly by the people of Scunthorpe. If they cannot get together and muster more than 4,000 spectators for a local derby (less than 5% of the local population) then there is something seriously wrong. Nearly 2,500 empty seats! Not good enough.”

With all due respect Hull - two months with a few quid and a 12th position in the NPC are hardly credentials on which to base how to run a football club...Bullard on a 2.5 year contract? 25k a week on Ashbee when injured? You are in a middleground really....average NPC sized club that looked way out of your depth in the PL.
