LAW: Rollits Food Group, the specialist food team of Rollits LLP, has advised Zubrance Limited on the successful sale of its nut processing subsidiary, Quality Kernels Limited, to Idolwood Limited.
Quality Kernels is one of the UK's leading industrial nut proce- ssors and supplies a range of high-quality nuts to a blue-chip customer base of leading food manufacturers.
Based in the West Midlands, the company was acquired by Zubrance in 2007, also with the corporate finance and legal advisory support of Rollits. The Zubrance food group also includes New Ivory sauces in Elland and Confection by Design in Harrogate.
The Rollits team was led by Food Group director Julian Wild and associate John Flanagan.
