Award for PPH's new associate
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY: Ben Cooper, of PPH Commercial, has been named South and East Yorkshire's most active deal-maker in the commercial property market by Estates Gazette.
Ben, who covers the Yorkshire region, works within the industrial office and agency team in Hull, and was recently appointed an associate partner at the firm.
He said: "It's a fantastic achievement to win this award, considering the stiff opposition we are up against.
"It is encouraging that even with the difficult market conditions we are still concluding a good number of deals.

"The office market in particular has seen the highest level of activity, with enquiries being good at both the larger and smaller end of the market.
"We have had particular success with some of the smaller managed office schemes, such as Macmillan House and Lindsey House in Anlaby and Welton Garth.
"All of these office schemes are now fully let, with more than 20 deals being concluded on these schemes over the past 12 months."
Joining Ben as a new associate is Katie Fry. Ben and Katie both qualified through PPH after joining as graduates. Katie works within the firm's management department, with a portfolio of managed properties extending from Hull to Sheffield.
