The Christmas concert will take place on Saturday, December 15 at the church, on Burgate.
Looking ahead to the show, Jonathan Evison, chairman of the band, said: "It is a traditional Christmas concert, with a lot of Christmas items and some non-festive items. It also includes the youth band.
"There will be quite a few selections which are arrangements of Christmas pieces, like Adeste Fideles (O Come All Ye Faithful)."
Other festive pieces will include Jingle Bells and The Christmas Song, by Nat King Cole.
Mr Evison said: "There are also a few community carols for people to sing and the youth band are doing pieces like Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer."
Non-festive items will include a trombone piece which the band has not previously played in public.
A James Bond collection and a Broadway and West End medley will also form part of the concert.
Mr Evison said the show would be a good way for the band to end its year. He said: "It is a nice church with a nice atmosphere and hopefully the weather will have improved by then.
"It has been a good year. We got second place in the area and qualified for the national finals.
"We have also just appointed a new conductor, Jonathan Davies, although he is not going to be taking us for this show.
"We are all looking forward to the new year and looking forward to a bit of a break because it has been a manic year."
The Barton Town Band's Christmas concert will begin at 7.30pm on Saturday and tickets are available on the door, priced at £8 for adults. Under-16s will be admitted free with an adult and refreshments will be available.
