Barton Town take over from Hibaldstow in Broughton Evening Cricket League
Barton Town were elected to the Broughton and District Cricket League at the annual meeting.
They take over from Hibaldstow, who tendered their resignation.

Broughton were congratulated on winning the 2012 championship.
The league was reintroduced last year, having failed to operate for a number of seasons.

The new campaign will start in May and provisional fixtures have already been drawn up for clubs' approval.
Wednesday will again be the preferred playing day.
Thanks were expressed to the Scunthorpe and District Umpires' Association for appointing members to stand in all the matches.
Officials re-elected were: Chairman, Nigel Fisher; secretary, Glen Sands; treasurer, Dave Wenban.
Teams competing in 2013 will be: Broughton, Barton Town, Scunthorpe Town Scorpions, Luddington, Normanby Park and Appleby-Frodingham.
