Biggest craft fair of year this weekend at Barton centre
Waters’ Edge Visitor Centre in Barton is hosting a festive Craft Fair on Saturday and Sunday, November 3 and 4.
This is the centre’s biggest fair of the year and is open from 10am to 4pm.

A big craft fair is coming up in Barton this weekend
More than 40 stalls will be spread across two floors, selling handmade, homegrown, homespun and homemade goods.
The Waters’ Edge Christmas Craft Fair is always a big success with people coming from all over to discover unique items and gifts.

A wide variety of baby clothes, textiles, paintings, china, fabric boxes, candles, handmade cards, jewellery and recycled furniture will be on sale, as well as a range of delicious homemade sweets, cakes and biscuits.
There will be plenty of handmade items, including:
Toiletries by Beccy Corsair, including lip balm and bath bombs made from natural products. As well as, gift sets in Hessian bags
Wood plaques with families, football teams or regimental crests painted on by Edwin Legard
Jaqui Rose will be making teddy bears throughout the weekend and she will also make them to order
Wood turned unique pens, ballpoints and propelling pencils made by Eric Burton.
He also turns acrylic into pens that look like 1930s fountain pens
The Honey Pot Café will be open serving a delicious range of homemade meals, desserts, snacks and refreshments.
