Blockbuster in Ashby not part of 164 store closures across UK
The Blockbuster Store in Ashby has survived the latest 164 store closures announced today (February 13, 2013).
The video-rental retailer announced it would close a further 164 stores, with 1,400 jobs set to go across the UK.

However, administrators have confirmed that the Ashby store on The Broadway will not be part of these closures.
A spokeswoman for Blockbuster said: "The store in Ashby is not on the list of confirmed store closures today."
