The programme will reveal what happened when Mr Martin went undercover as a labourer in his own firm.
Filming was done at Corus and the Wortley House Hotel in Scunthorpe as well as other local sites.
He added: "The real reason I did it was I thought what a fantastic way of finding out from the workforce about what they thought."
Clugston employs more than 600 people in construction and other activities and workers who were less likely to recognise their chief executive were identified for the programme, but immediately after the two weeks' filming were told of Mr Martin's true identity.
He said: "They felt pleased I had listened to them and worked with them.
"I am hoping the name of the company will benefit. My view is we have been totally honest and open."
He added: "I hope and trust what comes across is the great people we employ, the great job they do, the health and safety focus they clearly have and the fact that the quality of work is second to none."

“Great stuff. This would be a good idea for some of our factoris then we can see how badly many of the shop floor workers are treated.”
