ENERGY: Renewable energy company Natural Green Services is racing ahead with its commitment to green technology by sponsoring a 145mph electric-powered motorbike.
The business now has its corporate livery displayed on the ARC EV Racing team's machine, which is piloted by Hull rider Richie Welsh.
The Hull-firm believes the association is a perfect match, with both organisations keen to show how clean, zero-emission technology can rival traditional fossil fuels.
ARC EV Racing became the first team outside the USA to compete directly against petrol bikes in competition last year.

Roy Bailey, managing director of Natural Green Services, which specialises in the installation of renewable energy air and ground-source heating systems, said: "There is a genuine synergy between the two operations, with each using green technology to achieve cutting-edge technical excellence.
"That's why sponsoring ARC EV Racing and its electric bike makes perfect sense for us and we're really looking forward to supporting the team as it develops further.
"As soon as I saw it was an electric bike, I thought it was the ideal outlet to showcase our renewables work."
Natural Green Services' logo and company name is now carried on the team's bike, which is 80 per cent efficient in terms of how it delivers its power to the road, with a traditional motorbike losing much more of its energy in its operation – putting just 40 per cent of its original power down to the wheels.
EVENT: The Chartered Management Institute Humberside branch is to hold an event called The Renewables Opportunity and How to Get Your Business Ready.
Guest speakers will be Sam Pick (Renewables Network) and Keith Gilby (BCG Bridgepoint) and it will take place on Wednesday, September 26, at Hull University Business School in Cottingham Road, Hull.
Guests can arrive at 6pm for light refreshments, with a 6.30pm start. The event is open to everyone.

“Doesn't an electric bike use Electricity? If the answer is yes than the bike is no greener than a petrol one. The electricity comes from coal . not as some would like to believe the wind.Wind never yet caused a fossil fuelled generator to stop spinning on the line.”
