To mark the anniversary, they are treating their team to an overnight stay in London and a celebratory meal at a top Kensington eatery.
Mr Jones said: "We're really proud the business is going from strength to strength.
"Since we took over in 2003, our Pasture Road office has consolidated its position as the market leader in Goole, Howden and the surrounding area.
"We have a great relationship with tenants and landlords and are known for the quality of residential properties on our books."
RETAIL: Supermarket giant Tesco has dropped the supplier at the centre of its horse burger scandal over a "breach of trust".
Tim Smith, Tesco's technical director, said: "The evidence tells us our frozen burger supplier, Silvercrest, used meat in our products that did not come from the list of approved suppliers we gave them. Nor was the meat from the UK or Ireland, despite our instruction that only beef from the UK and Ireland should be used in our frozen beef burgers.
"Consequently, we have decided not to take products from that supplier in future."
