Brigg began confidently winning a free kick down the left wing but Josh Davies' shot was cleared.

When the home team responded, Miles Fenty saved from Chris Adam.

Brigg continued to have plenty of the ball and Ryan Paczkowski forced his way forward to have a shot blocked in the penalty area and then Adam Lee won a right wing corner kick, which was cleared.

Sheffield began to get more possession and Miles Fenty excelled in blocking a fierce drive from the left wing and followed up with a second comfortable save.

When James Knowles was played into space down the right wing, Miles Fenty was forced into making another save.

A long throw from the left wing found Jamie Hadfield able to get a header on target but again Miles Fenty made a diving save to tip the ball past the upright.

Brigg put together another neat move down the left wing resulting in a left wing corner kick but this went right across the face of the Sheffield goal and out at the far side of the pitch.

Brigg responded with Liam Davis and Liam Dickens combining well before the latter struck a curling shot wide.

The home team seized the initiative at the start of the second half and had a great chance to take the lead after four minutes of play.

Miles Fenty was penalised at the edge of his area after colliding with Shaque McKenzie and needed treatment.

The referee awarded a harsh penalty kick against him but he recovered to make a good diving save from the spot kick.

Then James Knowles made another forward run into the Brigg half and won a free kick but Steve Woolley blasted this wide.

Liam Davies was beginning to win more of the ball on Brigg's left wing but had a shot blocked in the goal area.

The first goal came after 63 minutes after Martyn Gee slipped at the edge of the penalty area trying to clear a long ball played down the middle of the pitch, allowing SHOQUILEE McKENZIE time and space to drive the ball into the far corner of the net.

Brigg responded well and in the next minute Liam Dickens fired a shot over the bar at the other end.

Continuing to press forward, Josh Davies rattled the Sheffield cross bar with a free kick from thirty yards out and Greg Archer drove the rebound over the top.

Brigg's persistence paid off when they levelled the scoreline after 83 minutes.

Liam Davis won possession down the left wing before switching the ball inside the penalty area to ADAM LEE, who went past the home goalkeeper before driving the ball into the back of the net.

With two minutes of play remaining, Brigg scored the winner when Adam Lee got free in the penalty area and passed the ball into the path of JAMES WALKER who hit a firm right foot shot into the corner of the net to secure all the points.
