A NEWSAGENT in Broughton, which has been trading for more than 80 years, is set to close.

Graves Newsagents, on High Street, will shut on Saturday, March 30.

Broughton Post Office, also on High Street, will now stock papers from April 2, along with confectionery and cigarettes.

Lesley Frecknall, owner of the post office, said: "We are taking over the paper delivery from Graves and they are working closely with us."
