Budding dancers strut their stuff
BUDDING choreographers and dancers strutted their funky stuff in the region's first inter-school dance festival.
The event called 'Strictly High School' was the first of its kind to take place in the region and organisers have already hailed the event a success.

Louise Warvill, school sport competition manager for North East Lincolnshire Council helped organise the event, which was held at Baysgarth School, Barton-Upon-Humber.
She said: "This is the first year we have done this and it was so much fun we are already looking at plans for next year. There is nothing quite like this in North Lincolnshire."
The festival was aimed at pupils who have a keen interest in any form of dance from street, disco or cheer dance.
Yasmin Lockhart, 15, of Frederick Gough School, Bottesford, also took part in the event.
She said: "We choreographed a dance to 'Return to Innocence' by Enigma. The festival is good because it brings different schools together to show what they can do.
"We also had a workshop in the morning where all the schools worked together to create a dance for the final performance. It was great because there is nothing like this in the area."
