Campaigners win legal challenge against closure of child heart surgery unit in Leeds
Campaigners against the closure of a children's heart unit used by North Lincolnshire families have won a legal challenge.
The Save our Surgery (SOS) group brought a judicial review to the High Court in London last month over a decision by the NHS to stop operations at a Leeds hospital heart unit.

The move would see North Lincolnshire families using the service having to travel as far away as Liverpool or Newcastle.
Campaigners claim that the consultation process was unfair and legally flawed have been backed by a judge.
