Cancelled press conference further setback to David Cundall & team searching for spitfires in Burma
A press conference that was set to outline the findings of a hunt for spitfires in Burma has been postponed.
Aviation enthusiast David Cundall, from the Isle of Axholme, is part of team hunting for dozens of Second World War-era Spitfires believed to be buried at Burma's main international airport.

The press conference, scheduled for this evening, was cancelled by Wargaming Ltd, which is funding the project.
It is understood the team failed to find any Spitfires at two sites they were looking at and Mr Cundall has previously told the national media the team are looking in the wrong place.
