Cash reward on offer after Crowle theft of rare Stratocaster guitar
OWNERS of a rare guitar stolen by thieves have put up a £100 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
The Fender Squier Stratocaster electric guitar was stolen from a house on Double Rivers in Crowle along with another guitar.

It has a solid body, some chipping to the paint work around edges and a rosewood fret board. Ealand resident Steve Brown said: "The stolen guitar belongs to my musical partner, along with a hand-made electric guitar – a Gibson Melody maker – of only personal sentimental value.
"The main distinguishing feature of the rare guitar is on the top of it – the name Fender is in large letters with "squier" in smaller letters. It was only made like this in 1982.

"This guitar has 20 years of sentimental value and some value on the collectors market."
A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said: "Police were called in connection with a burglary which happened between 10pm on Friday, December 7 and 5pm on Monday, December 10.
"A property on Double Rivers, Crowle, was entered and two electric guitars were stolen along with two memory sticks and three telephone handsets and cradles."
