Casualty freed from council roadsweeper after Scunthorpe accident
A man was taken to hospital after being trapped inside a road sweeping vehicle following an accident in Scunthorpe at lunch-time today (Friday Feb 8).
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service was called to Derwent Road at 11.59am after a collision involving a car and what was described as a council road sweeper.

Fire-fighters were called to Derwent Road, Scunthorpe, shortly before noon
Having been freed from the vehicle, the casualty was taken to hospital by paramedics.
Humberside Police also attended the scene.
