Cat down to eight lives after Barnetby rooftop rescue
Fire-fighters used a 10.5 metre ladder during the rescue of a cat from a roof in Barnetby this morning (Tuesday, Sept 18).
They were called to Bakers Close shortly after 11am, the cat being stuck on top of a two-storey building.

The RSPCA was in attendance at the scene.
Whether it was a lucky black cat on a hot tin roof is not known as this stage!
