Christmas Day car smash victim named
A WOMAN killed in a road collision on Christmas Day has been named by police.
Yolanta Marie Kutrybala, 55, from Poland, was visiting family in the Scunthorpe area when she suffered fatal injuries during the collision, which happened on Wells Road shortly before 6pm on Friday.

Police said an green BMW 320 and a silver Citroen Xsara collided as the Citroen pulled from Wells Street on to Glebe Road at the roundabout with Normanby Road, causing heavy damage to both vehicles.
The crash resulted in the 55-year-old woman, who was travelling in the rear of the Citroen, suffering serious injuries.
She was treated at the scene before being taken by ambulance to Scunthorpe General Hospital, where she sadly as a result of her injuries.
The 32-year-old male driver of the Citroen suffered non life-threatening back injuries, while a 30-year-old woman travelling as a front-seat passenger in the Citroen suffered whiplash injuries in the collision.
Four people were arrested in connection with the incident, but have been released on police bail pending further inquires.
Officers investigating the collision are urging witnesses to call police urgently 0845 6060222, quoting log number 318 of 25/12/2009.
