The record-breaking £50 million transfer fee of Spanish striker Fernando Torres from Liverpool to Chelsea has left a Scunthorpe soccer fan with a name problem.

Last year father-of-four Shaun McCormack paid £13.39 to have his name legally changed to Fernando Torres McCormack in honour of his sports idol.

The former Shaun, 36, a life-long fan of Liverpool, told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "The transfer news has gutted me.

"I just love the name Fernando but I don't know what to do now. "
