Each of the finalists will again have the chance to win a new car for a hole-in-one as part of a sponsorship deal with Read Hyundai of Grimsby and Lincoln.
And the winners of the three sections will win a round of golf at one of England's three top courses – Wentworth, Woburn and The Belfry.
One man who has already booked his place on finals day is world trick shot golf star David Edwards, who will be performing his amazing show and delivering his brilliantly witty on-course commentary.
"I am delighted to be associated with the Telegraph Golf Challenge," he declared.
"Over the years it has established itself into one of the top events in this area.
"I know the competition is always keen and I have experienced at first hand just how enjoyable finals day is."
Entry to the Telegraph Challenge is open to members of all golf clubs in the Grimsby and Scunthorpe areas. The fee is once again £30 per pair.
If you haven't entered yet, you have eight days left to fill in the form in today's edition and return it to the Telegraph.
