Door broken down by fire-fighters to reach South Ferriby blaze
Fire-fighters had to force their way into a property in South Ferriby to reach a blaze last night (Sunday, Feb 10).
They were called to Sluice Road in the village at 6.18pm.

Having found that the contents of a wood burning stove had fallen onto a laminate floor, Humberside Fire and Rescue service gained entry to the property using a door breaker.
Breathing apparatus was employed during the incident.
