Driver injured as van ends up in hedge after South Ferriby accident

Two drivers had to be treated for minor injuries following a road accident in South Ferriby this morning (Thursday Sept 6).

A blue van and a white van were involved in the incident shortly before 8am on Sluice Road - outside the Cemex plant.

One van remained on the road while the other went into a hedge.

An ambulance attended and both drivers were treated at the scene.

    “Vans should be fitted with the tachographs the same as lorries , recording the hours they work and the speeds they travel at . with heavy fines imposed on those who break the law .”
