A DRUG addict who was hungry after leaving a police station later went on a thieving mission to steal cheese, a court heard.
Peter Molnar, 46, of Diana Street, Scunthorpe, admitted stealing cheese, at £21, from Fultons Foods on July 27.

Fiona Boulder, prosecuting, told North Lincolnshire magistrates Molnar hid packs of cheese in a bag but was spotted by the manager at the store in Jubilee Way, Scunthorpe.
Richard Lunn, mitigating, said Molnar had been "rattling and hungry" after leaving the local police station and so stole the cheese. He was on a community order imposed to help him tackle his drug abuse and there had been some sporadic success, he said.
