College started off brightly closing down Epworth at every opportunity and using the ball well, they took the lead after 25 minutes through a Brendan O’Callaghan lob from 30 yards.
They couldn’t turn their dominance into a 2nd goal before half-time.

The 2nd half continued the same with captain Lee Hutchinson marshalling the defence well and Simon Igoe and Wayne Graves dominating the centre midfield. They got a 2nd goal when Danny Ricketts scored with a powerful header from a Nathan Watson cross.
As Epworth pressed to get back in the game, gaps appeared in their shape which College exploited and were rewarded with a 3rd goal through a fine individual effort from Nathan Watson after good approach play by Danny Collins.
