Epworth residents on alert as officer dishes dirt on dog fouling
Residents are on alert for catching dog fouling in the community, after an environmental chief urged them to help identify those responsible.
Steve Coulman, environmental health manager at North Lincolnshire Council, gave a presentation at Epworth Town Council meeting to highlight what dog fouling issues were causing problems in the town.

He said seven complaints had been made in the past 12 months – of which three were calls for dog mess to be removed.
The remaining four incidents were of people not cleaning up their dog mess but these people had not been fined because North Lincolnshire Council was not informed of whose animal was responsible.
