Expanding business celebrates 30th birthday
SERVICES: One of the region's businesses is celebrating 30 years as it continues to expand.
Bridlington firm Premier Hazard provides vehicle lighting, sirens and cameras for use on emergency service vehicles and a wide range of commercial applications. It has become a global player, with an extensive worldwide distribution network and currently employs more than 47 staff members in Bridlington.
Barrie Driscoll, general manager of Premier Hazard, said: "We're really pleased to be celebrating our 30th anniversary and it's a testament to both the quality of our products and of the workforce we have in the region.
"From humble beginnings, the business has gone from strength to strength and in the past year, we've produced in excess of 100,000 lightbars, while exporting prod- ucts to more than 40 countries worldwide.
