QWhat has been your biggest challenge?
AWith everything getting much more difficult and the buyers drying up, people had a lot of choice, so our challenge was to really distinguish our business from everyone else. The recession is the perfect time to have a good look at the business and it has given us the opportunity to look at ourselves and what we do. It has given us a chance to offer this bespoke service (the Selection Lounge) and build on this in the future, hence the move to the new office.
