Gothic theme for new display at Scunthorpe venue
AN EXHIBITION inspired by Victorian times is taking place at the 20-21 Visual Arts Centre in Scunthorpe.
Gothic Kinetic will consist of a collection of sculptures built from hundreds of Victorian household objects, toys and carved wooden figures.

The exhibition, which was created by Russian-born sculptor and mechanic Eduard Bersudsky, will involve sculptures "springing to life" every 15 minutes, accompanied by lights, shadows and haunting music.
The sculptures will act out "funny and tragic stories of the human spirit as it struggles against the relentless circles of life and death", say organisers the Sharmanka Kinetic Theatre.
