BAM is starting work on the £8m Boulevard Academy on the site of Hull FC's former rugby stadium.

BAM regional director James Wimpenny said: "It is fantastic to maintain our record of averaging a major building project in Hull every year."

The combined value of BAM's 14 projects in 14 years is almost £200m.
