High marks from Ofsted for Luddington and Garthorpe Primary School
LUDDINGTON and Garthorpe Primary School has been given a "good with outstanding features" report by Ofsted.
The school, on High Street, Luddington, was previously graded as "satisfactory" in November 2009.

Now, after inspectors visited in January this year, the school has made a marked improvement.
Inspectors deemed behaviour and safety of pupils to be "outstanding", and wrote in their report that "pupils demonstrate exceptionally mature behaviour for their different ages and get on extremely well together. They have remarkably positive attitudes to learning and are exceptionally responsible citizens."

Head teacher Elizabeth Farrar said: "We are delighted and this is such a testament to the hard work of students and staff.
"To be classed as outstanding for behaviour and safety of pupils is really nice as well.
"Everything we do is to improve education for our children, and it is nice that everyone will see how well we are doing."
