Jamie Wootton has scored more than 20 goals for Scunthorpe United's youth teams this season.
The Iron have high expectations of Wootton, who came off the bench to make his senior debut for United in December.
He has been a regular on the substitutes' bench in 2013 - including during the win against Stevenage less than a week ago - but boss Brian Laws is all to aware of the fact that the Rotherham based youngster needs game time.
