Hospital condition checks on people injured in Scunthorpe town centre and Goxhill road collisions
A WOMAN who was hit by a bus in Scunthorpe remains in a critical but stable condition today (Saturday, February 9).
The collision involved a bus and a female cyclist at the junction of Fenton Street and Cole Street in Scunthorpe, on Thursday, January 31.
The cyclist, who is in her 50s, was initially taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital for treatment but has since been transferred to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield, where she remains.
In addition an injured car passenger who was in an accident in Goxhill on the same day, and was airlifted to hospital, remains in a stable condition at Hull Royal Infirmary.

The casualty, a man in his 80s, was a passenger in a collision between a red Renault Scenic and a black Mazda.
