"I am looking forward to meeting many of our dedicated officers and staff and learning more about the issues they face every day. I also want to meet the members of our communities who work tirelessly to help cut crime, like neighbourhood watch groups, youth workers and community organisations.
"In addition, I will be holding two Street Surgeries a month on Saturday mornings in our towns and shopping areas to meet the public and listen to their views. We all need to work together to cut crime and make our neighbourhoods safer."
Mr Grove's first visit to North Lincolnshire will be on Tuesday, March 5 when he visits Epworth. The other two North Lincolnshire dates scheduled so far are Thursday, March 14 in Barton-upon-Humber and Thursday, March 21 in Ashby.

“He has been in post since November, so he has hardly bust a gut to get out and about and speak to anybody.
He is the invisible man, and a well paid one too.”

Surely his deputy could assist in this process? If he's not too busy of course.”
