Parts of Scunthorpe were hit by a power cut this morning
Northern Power Grid said it was unable to give a forecast when supplies would be restored to postcode areas DN15, DN16, DN17 and DN19. But the power supply was restored at 11.11am.
However, at 11.30am the lights went out again - for about 15 minutes - before appliances sprang back into life for a second time this morning.
