Michael Clifford Brown, 24, of Queen Street, Brigg, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Carl Derek Nicholls , 45, of Sandhouse Crescent, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Andrew Alan Dean , 25, of Windsor Crescent, Crowle, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle with insufficient tyre tread and an exhaust system which allowed gases from the engine to escape. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Darren Hughes , 22, of Coleridge Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Jamie Ralph John Johnson , 24, of Enderby Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined £275, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £28, costs of £40 and he was disqualified from holding a licence for six months.

Gemma Marsden , 35, of North Street, West Butterwick, pleaded guilty to assault. She was required to attend appointments with the probation service for 12 months, carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and costs of £150.

Scott Douglas Rusiecki , 38, of Selby Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft and failing to surrender to court bail. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Christina Sandra Cooper , 31, of Haigh Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while disqualified, without third party insurance and failing to stop following an accident. She was required to participate in Specifically for Women for eight days and Education, Training and Employment for 20 days, attend appointments with the probation service, carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months, was ordered to pay costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

Gavin Haytree , 32, of Winterton Road, Winteringham, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the Sex Offences Act. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months, was required to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, £85 costs.
