Kirton cyclist dies in hospital almost a week after crash on A631 at North Willingham
A 40-year-old Kirton Lindsey has died in Hull Royal Infirmary following a bike crash on the A631 North Willingham on Tuesday, February 12.
The man was riding with a group of other cyclists when he fell from his bike near to Ash Grove Farm on the A631.

Lincolnshire Police are investigating
He was airlifted to Hull Royal Infirmary by the Air Ambulance.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said today: “His immediate family are aware. The investigation into the cause of the crash is continuing.”

Lincolnshire Police are investigating in an effort to establish what happened.
The investigating officer is Nigel Gasgoine of the Lincolnshire Police Collision Investigation Unit.
Any witnesses who either saw the incident, or the cyclists prior to it, should contact the Collision Witness Hotline on 01522 558855, quoting incident 121 of February 12 2013.
