Late night police search in Scunthorpe on Scotter Road South
There was an unusual call-out for fire-fighters in Scunthorpe last night (Saturday Oct 27).
About 10.30pm they answered a request from police to provide lighting to assist in a search on Scotter Road South.

Shortly before 9pm last night, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service dealt with a car blaze in Cliff Street, Scunthorpe.
Among other incidents attended on Saturday was a chimney fire at The Poplars, Epworth.
