Leeds/Bradford airport shut due to snow

LEEDS/Bradford airport was shut this morning (Monday, March 18) at around 6am due to adverse weather conditions.

Flights were disrupted from the Yorkshire airport due to snow, with cancellations and delays for many travellers.

The 8.15am arrival from Glasgow was cancelled, along with the 8.05am flight from Heathrow.

As a result, the outgoing 8.45am flight to Glasgow and 9.15am flight to Heathrow have both been cancelled.

Outgoing flights to Southampton and Belfast were both delayed earlier this morning.
