My favourite scene was Can You Feel The Love Tonight – for it sent a shiver down my spine and the two characters entwined.

Jaw-dropping lifts with limbs bending in directions you'd never believe would be humanly possible.

It was time to cool down under the sea with the Little Mermaid.

Ariel is the only Disney princess featured in this season's spectacular but fear not for there are plenty of other loveable characters like Sebastian and Flounder to watch skate around the enchanting underground kingdom – with the amazing costumes of sharks, starfish and jellyfish to complete the aquarium assortment.

And it wouldn't be complete without some life-size shells.

Lilo and Stich livened up the music with their renditions of some Elvis classics and although I hadn't seen the film myself, the "aloha" theme was enough to give me a welcomed invite.

The second half will have you sat on the edge of your seats above the towering heights of Neverland with Peter Pan.

The magic would not be complete without a sprinkle of some fairy dust from Tinker Bell.

But all fairytales need to have the bad guy and none more scary than Captain Hook.

The show has stunning scenery and its mechanical props – including pirate ship, rowing boat, and gigantic inflatable crocodile that comes to save the day.

And if you want any more loveable characters, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, plus Donald and Daisy and the whacky Goofy complete the overdose of sweetness that is Disney On Ice.

Tickets for Disney On Ice presents Passport To Adventure at Motorpoint Arena which runs until November 25, are available online at Sheffield Box Office, through the ticket hotline on 0114 256 56 56 or in person at the Arena Box Office.
