Liam's the hat-trick hero as Outcasts clinch their first win
There were two excellent individual performances in the North Lindsey League.
Outcasts skipper Liam McAnaney took a hat-trick as the Isle side defeated Grimsby Town in Division One, while Goresh Rehmen hit a spectacular 170 for Everton against Blyth out of a total of 261.
Champions Grimsby were bowled out for just 52 at Hirst Priory. McAnaney's hat-trick earned him figures of three for 14, aided by Tom Sharpe, who picked up three for 19, before Outcasts eased to 53 for three.
Outcasts' first win lifts them above Broughton 3rds who posted a total of 143 against Caistor Cougars, only for Harry Boulton to hit 92 not out as the Cougars won by nine wickets.
