Trainer David Pipe has entered the eight-year-old for the Listed £50,000 32Red Handicap Chase. He finished down the field in the corresponding race in 2011 after winning the Summer Plate.
Tomorrow's racing also witnesses the launch of a national Bumper Challenge that runs all the way to a final at Aintree Racecourse next May.
The National Hunt Flat Races all take place at tracks run by Jockey Club Racecourses.
The winning trainer at the end of the 13-race series gets £2,000 worth of products from Connolly’s Red Mills, one of Ireland’s oldest and most established animal feed companies.
Market Rasen Racecourse hosts two of the races, the first this weekend and a second in February.
On Saturday, gates open from 11.45am and the first race is at 1.45pm.
