On many fronts, I suggest that aspects of his JP4PCC campaigning speaks greater volumes about the dubious and much anticipated calibre, integrity and credibility of Prescott and teamprezza!!

Particularly when, after many publicised challenges, neither The Peoples Voice NOR his JP4PCC advisor will openly & transparently declare whether or not Keith Hunter will subsequently be endorsed to take up a £60K a year post as Prescott's Deputy PCC!!??

Besides this, can anyone else possibly explain the logic of the national and local Labour party's strategy endorsing Prescott for the role and office of Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner in the first instance?!

Firstly given that Colin Inglis failed to secure the Labour party's nomination and secondly, Keith Hunter failed by just 94 votes in winning the local CLPs poll, to stand as Humbersides PCC!!

Yet as well as currently acting as his PCC campaign advisor; we all know that this former Humberside Police Commander will undoubtedly secure an equally lucrative 4 yr contract and potential £250,000 package (plus costs and expenses) as Prescott's Deputy.

And long standing former member/chair of Humberside Police Authority, Colin Inglis has by default already been ensconced as the chair of a new Humberside Police Scrutiny Panel and overseer of the PCC!! AND more to the point, potentially Prescott himself!?

What does this manoeuvring of Inglis and Hunter into these positions suggest about Prescott's capability, credibility AND suitability for the role?! OR INDEED the Labour party's perceived concerns that it may all go belly up, YET AGAIN?!

Surely it is obvious, to even the most naive and gullible, that that this whole Nov 15 PCC election charade is motivated by Labour's sore loser desperation and opportunism to give the Coalition Govt a good kicking.

AND moreso by Labour's forlorn hopes that Prescott's undoubted campaigning prowess AND his "ELECTABILITY" may go some way to helping stop the rot come 2015.

Moreso here on the Humber, given the likes of Nic Dakin's Scunthorpe marginal seat & massively reduced majority of 2600 at the last election (continually culled from its 1997 peak majority of 14500) !!??

Lets all take a reality check here! I firmly believe history is about to repeat itself AND #JP4PCC is yet another car crash come pile up waiting to happen.

However both national and local Labour Party political self serving interests are blatantly being put before the wider interests of Humberside, its Police Service and the policing of our communities?
