Lower ranked teams still to be played by Scunthorpe Rugby Union Club
MUCH like his team, Rewiti Vaimoso feels he has 'underachieved' this season.
And the winger believes there is a lesson in there for Scunthorpe RUFC.
Head coach Tim Robinson underlined Vaimoso's value last week when discussing the player's red card in the 39-36 victory at Broadstreet.
The club banned him for a week – with the suspension still counting despite the break in their calendar – and hope that will be enough to appease the Notts, Lincs and Derbyshire RFU at an upcoming hearing.

The Kiwi himself though, says the Greens must start preparing for the day when he will no longer be able to exert his influence at all.
"It's been hard for me this season and in some senses I feel like I've underachieved," he said.
"It feels like the guys look to you and you can't step up.
"Fozzy (skipper Tom Foster) and I especially, have been victims of our own success.
"Now all teams do is try to shut us down. It's hard to make something happen when all they are doing is watching us.
"In some sense I feel I've let the team down. But we need some players to step up.
"Quite a few players have been playing for a few years and they need to really step up.
"Me and Fozzy are in our 30s now, we're not going to be there forever.
"When we're gone there's going to be a huge hole if they don't do something about it.
"Players like Jake Baron and Nick Syddall are playing great rugby in my opinion. They are the future."
In the meantime, Vaimoso is determined to do all he can to aid Scunthorpe's bid to survive in National Three Midlands.
Although still stuck in the bottom three, 13 points adrift of Longton immediately above them, he insists all hope is not lost ahead of Saturday's clash with Hinckley.
"The good thing about it is we've got nothing to lose," said Vaimoso.
"We've been playing with a bit more freedom, while other teams are looking over their shoulders.
"Lots of people have told us we shouldn't be where we are, but we are and we deserve to be there.
"Compared to other teams that are struggling we've got to play a lot of the lower teams.
"We've got that comfort in a sense, but we're still the team that has to catch up, so it's going to be hard for us.
"All we've got to do is take one game at a time. We can't look too far forward, we just have to keep winning and winning, week after week.
"I'm confident we can do. We have the players to do it."
