All they have to do to claim their share is fill in the form below and send it off before all 200 spaces are filled.
Appleby-Frodingham Under- 9s football team was given £221.38 in last year's campaign, and head coach Marlon Fell is urging groups to get involved.
He said: "It helped everyone involved in the club work together and there was even some friendly competition among parents when they were collecting coupons from the paper.
"The funds helped us start a third under-9s team and also bought team jumpers and more trophies for the presentation evening.
"Lots of people can feel the cost of running a club getting too much. This money will provide a perfect boost.
"It was a great feeling at the end and was definitely a success for us. We are certainly looking to get involved this year because every little bit of extra funding helps."
Registration is done on a first come, first served basis, with the spaces expected to fill up quickly.
Once again, readers will decide how much of the £20,000 cash pot is given to each group by collecting the coupons and choosing a club to vote for.
Every group, club and not-for-profit organisation to have successfully made the final 200 is guaranteed a payout, with the amount of cash they receive relying entirely on support from readers.
And the competition is even open to those groups who entered last year, regardless of how much they won.
Jenny Holt, promotions co-ordinator at the Scunthorpe Telegraph, said: "There has already been a considerable amount of interest from different groups and we hope the registration forms continue to come in. There is only space for the first 200 groups, so I would urge people to fill in the form and send it in as quickly as possible."
Registration forms, below, will be printed in-paper every week until Thursday, November 8. The deadline for submitting forms is Monday, November 12. If the 200 group limit is reached before this date, the registration window will close and readers will be notified.
People should send their registration forms to: Cash For Your Community, Northcliffe Newspapers, Telegraph House, 80 Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 3EH.
Readers will later decide how much is given to each group by collecting the voting coupons printed in the Scunthorpe Telegraph from Thursday, November 22. There will also be a list of the final 200 groups printed in that week's paper.
