Man in charge has changed, but Scunthorpe United need the same focus
MUCH will have changed on the touchline tomorrow, but in the changing room, Cliff Byrne is determined to ensure everything stays the same.
A Scunthorpe United stalwart, the skipper has seen many comings and goings during his nine years at Glanford Park.

No more so than this season, with two managers having now headed through the exit door in the space of a few months.
The latest departure came as a particular shock and disappointment given Byrne spent several years playing alongside Ian Baraclough before he occupied the hotseat.
Personal feelings though, have no place in a relegation scrap.
And Byrne has called on the players to put the past week behind them ahead of a trip to Ipswich Town tomorrow.
"Players are players. We've still got to train properly, be professional and turn in a performance," said the Iron defender.
"The chairman has seen fit with the board of directors to make a change, but for us as players, nothing changes.
"The task remains the same for us as it did at the start of the season – to stay in the Championship.
"That's never changed from way back in May when we knew we were going to be in this league again.
"Obviously there has been a bit of disruption along the way, but that happens in football.
"There are some players in the dressing room who have experienced it before.
"We need to rely on them and the players who have been here a long time, to carry this club forward.
"First and foremost, we want to wish Ian, Kevin Pressman and Steve Parkin all the very best in the future.
"We thank them for their time and immense effort they put in while they were here.
"We wish them every bit of luck and every success for their next venture.
"It's not a nice thing to happen.
"But Scunthorpe United is still here, the players are still here and we've got to respond tomorrow."
