Man charged over Christmas Day fatal
A SCUNTHORPE man has appeared in court, charged with causing death by dangerous driving in relation to a fatal collision on Christmas Day.
Andrius Pusruris, 26, of Berkeley Street, is accused of causing the incident that led to the death of Yolanta Marie Kutrybala.

The collision happened on Wells Street, Scunthorpe, at the junction with Glebe Road and Normanby Road.
Pusruris appeared at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court this morning.
District Judge Daniel Curtis remanded him in custody ahead of a preliminary hearing at Grimsby Crown Court on Monday, January 18.
